We try to ship all in stock items ship within 4 business days. However, during busier times such as during sales or promotions, or during holidays, orders can take longer to ship. We are always doing our best to ship your order in a timely manner. If and item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified prior to purchase. E-Gift cards will be emailed immediately upon check out unless you specify a different time to send your E-Gift card.

Items purchased on final sale are not valid for return or exchange. We offer price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within 7 days. Offer subject to change without notice. Marked down styles are limited in inventory and only available while supplies last.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a full refund within the first 30 days of delivery. Items bought on sale are not eligible for a return or refund. Delivery is indicated by the tracking number and shipping indicating the package has been delivered. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We cannot receive returns on Gift Cards. If a gift card was used to purchase an item, a refund will be issued to the form or payment originally used for the gift card.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tidehill.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
