We try to ship all in stock items ship within 4 business days. However, during busier times such as during sales or promotions, or during holidays, orders can take longer to ship. We are always doing our best to ship your order in a timely manner. If and item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified prior to purchase. E-Gift cards will be emailed immediately upon check out unless you specify a different time to send your E-Gift card.

ANNUAL SALE SHIPPING: 

Our Annual Sale was created to offer customers a rare chance to purchase Tide Hill designs at 50% off. The reason we’re able to do this is because we had a limited number of finished embroidered pieces—the embroidery, which is the most detailed part of the process, was already complete. Once your order came in, our team began finishing the final steps (sewing, lining, and detailing) to turn that embroidery into a completed tote or pillow.

Because each piece is completed in small batches, this finishing process takes about 4 weeks. We did include this information in a pop-up on our website during the sale so customers would know what to expect before placing an order.

We truly appreciate your patience—it allows us to deliver something special that is carefully completed just for you. We’re confident you’ll love the result, and that it will be worth the wait.
