Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Tide Hill is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order shows as delivered but can’t be located, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re always here to help guide you through the process if needed.
Please note that we often create shipping labels in batches as we prepare orders, especially during busy periods like holidays or sales events. This means a label may be generated a few days before the order is actually picked up and begins moving through the carrier’s system. As a result, there may be a short delay between label creation, your shipping confirmation email, and the carrier’s first scan. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your order on its way.
Items marked Made to Order or Pre-Order will ship as soon as they’re ready. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page, and while we always aim to meet them, timing may shift slightly due to production or carrier delays. Payment is collected at checkout, and we’ll email your tracking information the moment your order is on its way.
